Lots of people have been asking me:
How are you going to DO this?? How are you going to survive teaching 78 classes in 30 days??!!
I say: It’s about energy management.
I say: It’s about getting enough sleep.
I say: It’s not really that hard, I groove on the energy of it!
But it’s not really about any of that.
(shhh… don’t tell, but you know how I am getting through April? With these:

I love yoga. Teaching and doing.
I like to write, but I want to edit much more. Tragically, in order to have something to edit, you have to write something first. I try to scribble 1K words a day in Scrivener.
I like wine.
My favorite thing in life is having great conversations. I love to share ideas. Good conversation is becoming a lost art, though.
If I don't do some yoga, meditate, and read and write every day, things really fall apart.
I wish I would post on this blog more regularly.
I'm going to work on that.

Ahh! I love these too. Scott discovered them and we’re hooked…. Check out Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins. They’re in the health food section. So good, and gluten free!! There are 8 boxes sitting on the kitchen counter. I’m serious.
